Bottom Line: They devoted themselves to the "Way of Jesus."
Acts 2:42-47 ESV
42 And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. 43 And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. 44 And all who believed were together and had all things in common. 45 And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. 46 And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.
John 14:6 ESV
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

The first church didn't have Bibles, services, or buildings.
They met outside, they were a pure movement, they met early on the first day.

Matthew 7:13-14 ESV

Matthew 5:19 NIV

GROUP DISCUSSION:
Have you ever gotten lost? What did you have to do to find your way?
How important is it to have truthful and accurate information to find your way?
Has bad information ever contributed to you losing your way? What did you do?
Have you identified false ways of thinking that you have since corrected? How has the truth of the Scripture made a difference in the direction and outcome of your life?
Why did we know clearly what McDonalds, Mercedes, and Coors mission is, but we struggled to quickly answer and identify what the mission of the church is?
Have you thought much about the five things the first Church did? How can your micro church better focus on those five things?
How can you be more courageous when you normally would be fearful, or make an excuse? How can you share this week what Jesus means to you?
What was something that the Spirit revealed to you from the teaching time this week?

MULTIPLICATION
Share spiritual/missional conversations you've had where you live, work, and play:
- Who did you have a conversation with that took a spiritual/missional turn this week?
- What questions did you ask to discover where God is at work in their life, even if they are not aware?
- How were you able to share your story of life change or how you have experienced Jesus?
- How can you be intentional this week with people where you live, work, and play to have spiritual/missional conversations if the opportunity arises?
- Who in your life do you think could be disciple-able or open to spiritual/missional conversations?
