MyOneLife - A 4-Week Sunday Morning Small Group Experience
The first step for every OneLifer to get involved and get to know our church culture and mission is a 4-week small group experience called MyOneLife. It takes place on Sunday mornings in the Meeting Room at each of our campuses. You’ll learn about the vision & values of our church, discover your personal mission & spiritual gifts, and find out tons of ways to get involved. The next MyOneLife will start on July 7th, so for more information or to sign up, mark the “MyOneLife” box on your Connection Card.
Baptism
If you’ve given your life to Jesus but haven’t gone public with your story through baptism then it’s time to take that step! Mark the baptism box on your Connection Card and we’ll help you get started.

START TALKING
When have you felt the pressure to be perfect at something or not mess up? Or when have you felt the pressure for something to go perfectly? What happened that quickly proved you weren't going to be perfect or that it wasn't possible for it to go perfectly?
When have you unintentionally put the pressure on someone else or something else to be perfect? Why was there such pressure for it to be perfect?
START THINKING
Read Matthew 6:9. What is the significance of Jesus starting this model prayer by defining the relationship of who we are praying with?
What is the significance of him starting the prayer with "our" instead of "my"? What do you think are some of the many implications of this?
What are other verses that come to mind about God as Father? What do they teach you about the character and nature of God as Father? (Hint: look up "Father" in the concordance of your Bible or search online for "Bible verses about God as Father")
START SHARING
When do you feel like an "only child" when it comes to your relationship with God as Father? Why is it important to acknowledge that is not the case? How does this impact your relationship with God as Father?
Why is it hard for us to accept God as the perfect Father or the "dad I never had"? How is this different than the image of God that religion seems to depict?
START DOING
If you were to pray this week focusing on God as your Father, who is unlike any other, what might your prayers be? What will the focus on?
If you were to trust God this week as your perfect Father, what will you do differently? How will it impact the way you spend your time? The way you share your story with those who are far from Him?
START PRAYING
Pray for each other in the micro church to trust God as the perfect Father. Pray that each person will grow in their understanding of God as the dad that they never had. Pray that we will all take this message of the perfect Father out to those who are far from Him wherever we live, work, and play.

MULTIPLICATION
Share spiritual/missional conversations you've had where you live, work, and play:
- Who did you have a conversation with that took a spiritual/missional turn this week?
- What questions did you ask to discover where God is at work in their life, even if they are not aware?
- How were you able to share your story of life change or how you have experienced Jesus?
- How can you be intentional this week with people where you live, work, and play to have spiritual/missional conversations if the opportunity arises?
- Who in your life do you think could be disciple-able or open to spiritual/missional conversations?

WHAT'S NEXT?
- Discuss the next step for your micro church. When will we gather again, and which purpose will it fulfill (missions, fellowship/care, growth, worship, multiplication)?/giveback/giveback
