MyOneLife - A 4-Week Sunday Morning Small Group Experience
The first step for every OneLifer to get involved and get to know our church culture and mission is a 4-week small group experience called MyOneLife. It takes place on Sunday mornings in the Meeting Room at each of our campuses. You’ll learn about the vision & values of our church, discover your personal mission & spiritual gifts, and find out tons of ways to get involved. The next MyOneLife will start on February 2nd, so for more information or to sign up, mark the “MyOneLife” box on your Connection Card.

Test Drive - OneLife’s Volunteer Interest Meeting, February 2nd
This month we are hearing stories from our different volunteer teams. If you’ve been coming to OneLife but haven’t started volunteering, then it’s time to get on the team! We are holding a Volunteer Interest Meeting that we call “Test Drive” Sunday, February 2nd after the 10:45am service at our North campus and after the 10am service at our East campus. Bottom Line: Discovering my identity starts with discovering my father

John 3:16-17 NLT

But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.

Discover his character

See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are! But the people who belong to this world don’t recognize that we are God’s children because they don’t know him.Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. What stands out to you about how God sees you?

Have you ever noticed yourself being transformed? Why do you think this transformation can take so long?

Read Romans 5:8
Have you ever felt like you needed to be perfect for God to love you? How does this change the way you not only see yourself but see others?

Read Matthew 27:20-23
Do you feel like it was fair what happened to Jesus? Have you ever viewed yourself as Barabbas? How has God’s love for you transformed you?

START DOING

How can your life reflect the idea that discovering my identity starts with discovering my father?
How will you use your story and your changed life to make a difference in others to impact their eternity? Who will you love this week? WHO will you impact?

START PRAYING

Take a moment to pray for each person - that God will continue to shape our view of the Kingdom of God - that God will help us fall more in love with Jesus and the work he is doing in us. Pray that God gives us opportunity to impact others for eternity.
